Features
1. API download document
GET https://{domain}/eTax/api/content?key={api_key}&id={transaction_id}
GET https://{domain}/eTax/api/content?key={api_key}&itemId={item_id} domain = getInvoice api domain name
api_key = api key ของ corporate นั้น
transaction_id = id ของ transaction นั้นที่ระบุมาใน input file
item_id = id ของ transaction ในระบบ getInvoice
2. แก้ไขรายละเอียดในหน้าจอต่างๆ เพื่อให้ทำงานได้ง่ายขึ้น
- เพิ่ม Filter สำหรับแต่ละ Department
- เพิ่มเมนู mail transaction และ SMS transaction เพื่อแสดงรายละเอียดและจำนวนรายการใช้งาน
3. หน้าจอ KEY-IN
- ปรับความยาวของ description ให้เขียนได้ 1,000 อักขระ
- ตรวจสอบ duplicated ของรายการที่ส่งมา generate
- ปิดการแก้ไขข้อมูล Seller branch code โดยจะยังคงแก้ไขข้อมูล issue to branch ได้
- หน้า Create Invoice ผู้สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลในช่อง VAT ได้
4. เพิ่มปุ่ม Generate e-Tax Invoice เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถ upload input file ผ่านหน้าเว็บได้โดยตรง
ระบบจะแสดงข้อมูลชุดนี้ว่า ช่องทางการนำเข้า (Channel) เป็น Web Upload
5. สามารถ import ข้อมูล user account ได้ โดยการกดปุ่ม import เพื่อ upload ข้อมูล user ที่ต้องการสร้าง account ในรูปแบบ Excel และ CSV ไฟล์
6. ผู้ใช้งานสามารถ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลได้ด้วยเมนู Test Input File (.json) ที่หน้าจอ Dashboard
