getinvoice เพิ่มการค้นหาด้วย Advanced search เพื่อให้การค้นหาข้อมูลครอบคลุมและสะดวกมากขึ้น โดยคุณสามารถค้นหาข้อมูล ในหน้าจอการทำงานต่างๆ
นอกจากนี้ เรายังได้พัฒนาฟังก์ชัน Create Invoice เพื่อรองรับการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่น ตอบโจทย์การใช้งานที่หลากหลายของคุณ

(1.) Advanced Search
getinvoice เวอร์ชันล่าสุด สนับสนุนการค้นหาด้วย Advanced Search บนแถบเมนูต่างๆ ดังนี้
- SEND TO BUYER
- SEND TO RD
- JOBS
- TRANSACTIONS
- MAIL & SMS
- CREATE AN INVOICE
- REQUEST EDIT INVOICE
โดยมี Criteria ในการค้นหาในหน้าจอ ดังภาพ
(2.) เพิ่ม Key In 3 ประเภท คือ Provincial Tax, Credit Card และ Additional References ที่หน้าจอ Create Invoice
2.1 Provincial Tax : ต้องกดเลือก Checked box และ กรอก Provincial Tax ที่ท้ายเอกสาร
2.2 Credit Card : เลือกจาก Dropdown ของ Form Payment
2.3 Additional References : กดปุ่ม Add more row เพื่อเพิ่มเลขที่ของเอกสารอ้างอิง

(1.) เพิ่ม Reference No. ในหน้าจอ Send to Buyer และหน้าจอ Send To RD และ สามารถค้นหา Reference No. ใน Advanced Search

(2.) รองรับการนำเข้าไฟล์ attachment ผ่านช่องทาง API และ ไฟล์ประเภท ZIP เพื่อนำส่งเอกสารให้กับ buyer ผ่านช่องทาง email
(3.) System Admin สามารถกำหนดให้ TaxID ของผู้ซื้อ ในเมนูคำสั่ง Create Invoice เป็น Mandatory หรือ Optional ได้ กรุณาติดต่อกับทีม App Support ของ getInvoice เพื่อตั้งค่าการใช้งานนี้
(4.) ในขั้นตอน Master Import User สามารถ ตั้งค่า Notification Email สำหรับเหตุการณ์ต่อไปนี้ : Email_Success, Email_Error, Email_Review_Invoice, Email_Billing, Email_Edit_Invoice, Admin

(5.) เปลี่ยนชื่อรายงาน Output Receipt Report จาก “รายงานภาษีขาย” เป็น “รายงานใบเสร็จรับเงิน” เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานทั่วไป

This version of getInvoice now supports Advanced Search across the following menu tabs:

The search criteria available on the screen are shown in the image below.
(2.) Added support for key in 3 additional fields on the CREATE INVOICE screen: Provincial Tax, Credit Card, and Additional References
2.1 Provincial Tax : User must check the checkbox and enter the Provincial Tax information at the bottom of the document.
2.2 Credit Card : Select from the Form of Payment dropdown menu.
2.3 Additional References :Click the Add more row button to enter additional reference document numbers.
What’s New
(1.) Added Reference No. field to the SEND TO BUYER and SEND TO RD screens.
User can also search by Reference No. By using Advanced Search.

(2.) Supports importing attachments via API, including ZIP files, for delivering documents to buyer via email
(3.) System administrators are now able to configure the buyer’s Tax ID field in the CREATE INVOICE menu, setting it as either Mandatory or Optional. Please contact the getInvoice App Support team to configure this feature.
(4.) For Master Import step, users can configure notification emails for the following events: Email_Success, Email_Error, Email_Review_Invoice, Email_Billing, Email_Edit_Invoice, Admin

(5.) Renamed the output report Receipt Report from “Sales Tax Report” to “Receipt Report” to align with common standards
