(1.)  เพิ่ม FILTER บนหน้าเมนู JOB กรณีที่มีงาน SUCCESS และ FAILURE ใน JOB เดียวกัน สามารถค้นหาได้ด้วย Status

(2.) ขยายความกว้างของช่องลำดับ และช่องรวม เพื่อรองรับจำนวนหลักที่มากขึ้น ใน OUTPUT TAX REPORT

และปรับปรุงการแสดงผลบนหน้าจอของ OUTPUT TAX REPORT และ OUTPUT RECEIPT REPORT เป็นรูปแบบ UI ตามธีมของระบบ (จากเดิมเป็น VIEW PDF FILE)

(3.) เพิ่มการตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนของไฟล์ก่อนที่ระบบจะนำเข้าไปสู่ขั้นตอน generate และแจ้งเตือนกรณี Attachment ไม่ครบถ้วน บนหน้าจอ getInvoice เมื่อนำเข้าผ่านช่องทาง zDOX

ตัวอย่างการแจ้งเตือน

หากไฟล์ input ถูกวางมาไม่เกิน 5 นาทีและ attachment ยังไม่ครบ ระบบจะยังไม่ดึงไฟล์เข้าสู่กระบวนการ แต่จะคงไฟล์ไว้บน zDOX เพื่อรอดำเนินการในรอบถัดไป แต่หากไฟล์ถูกวางมาเกิน 5 นาทีแล้วและ attachment ยังไม่ครบ เมื่อถึงรอบการทำงานของ zDOX ระบบจะดึงไฟล์ไป generate บน getInvoice ทันที พร้อมแสดง notification แจ้งเตือนพร้อมระบุชื่อไฟล์ attachment ที่ขาดหายไป

(4.) เมื่อผู้ใช้งานกรอกข้อมูลใน FIELD REMARK ของ Input file ข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะปรากฏในช่อง REMARK ที่เมนู SEND TO BUYER และ SEND TO RD

(5.) ปรับปรุง Performance โดยปรับรูปแบบ Query ใน Table เพื่อให้ Query ได้เร็วขึ้น

(8.) ระบบสามารถส่งเอกสารไปยังสรรพากรได้ หลังจาก generate เกิน 90 วัน (เดิม หากเกิน 90 วัน จะไม่สามารถส่งได้)

(9.) กรณีมี Error จากการ upload ผ่าน zDOX ของ seller ไม่สำเร็จ ระบบจะแสดงชนิดของ Error

New Features

(1.)  Job Filter Enhancement – Added a new filter on the JOB menu. For jobs containing both SUCCESS and FAILURE results within the same job, users can now search using the status

(2.) Output Report Display Improvement – Widened the sequence number and total columns in the OUTPUT TAX REPORT to support larger digit counts.

Also redesigned the OUTPUT TAX REPORT and OUTPUT RECEIPT REPORT screens to match the system’s UI theme (previously displayed as a PDF file view).

(3.) File Completeness Check for zDOX Imports – Added a completeness check before files proceed to the generate process, with alerts on the getInvoice screen when attachments are incomplete via zDOX import.

• If a file has been uploaded for less than 5 minutes and attachments are incomplete, the system will hold the file on zDOX and retry in the next cycle.
• If a file has been uploaded for more than 5 minutes and attachments are still incomplete, the system will proceed to generate the file on getInvoice and display a notification specifying the missing attachment file name(s).

(4.) Remark Field Sync – Remarks entered in the REMARK field of the input file will now automatically appear in the REMARK field on the SEND TO BUYER and SEND TO RD menus.

(6.) Extended File Name Support – File names longer than 255 bytes are now supported for zDOX imports.

(7.) Early Submission for Scheduled RD Delivery – Users can now manually submit to the Revenue Department ahead of a scheduled delivery time, even when SCHEDULE mode is set.

(8.) Extended RD Submission Window – Documents can now be submitted to the Revenue Department even after 90 days from generation (previously, submission was blocked after 90 days).

(9.) zDOX Upload Error Details – When a seller’s file upload via zDOX fails, the system now displays the specific error type.
